Whitney, PTA, is originally from Crescent City, on the northwestern coast of California. Her very first place of employment was in a small outpatient physical therapy office where she worked for two years as a physical therapy technician. From then on, she knew that she wanted to pursue a career in helping patients achieve their physical health goals and live a better quality of life. Shortly after high school, she moved to Boise, Idaho to apply for and attend the Carrington College physical therapy assistant program. There she received her Associates of Applied Science degree in the spring of 2018. She also received excellent hands-on and in-classroom training that prepared her for the physical therapy assistant licensure exam. 

Today, Whitney is proud to call Twin Falls, Idaho home. She enjoys working with patients at Body Balance to help them achieve their personal health goals and improve their level of function. She enjoys working with all patients and a variety of conditions, but especially enjoys treating shoulder, low back, and neck pain. She continues to enjoy growing and learning in her career since graduating from school. As part of the Body Balance team, she frequently takes part in learning the most effective and up to date skills that help to optimize every patient treatment session. She takes pride in ensuring that every patient she works with receives the best possible care at Body Balance Physical Therapy. 

Outside of work, Whitney enjoys most hobbies that involve being outdoors. Her favorite hobbies include hiking, bike riding, taking her dog on walks, and reading. She enjoys exploring the city of Twin Falls and overlooking the canyon and other beautiful scenery the city has to offer.
