Kali grew up in Ephraim, Utah. She moved to Twin Falls with her husband and young family in 2011 and has lived here ever since. She attended Snow College, Utah Valley University, and the College of Southern Idaho. She received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant at CSI here in Twin Falls.

Kali has always had an interest in health and wellness including exercise and nutrition. She is often at Gold's Gym gym, weightlifting or teaching spinning and sculpt circuit classes. She enjoys helping and teaching others how to improve their physical and mental health with exercise and movement. She also has a passion for learning and seeks opportunities to learn and grow in her knowledge and career.

In her free time, she also loves spending time with her four children and husband, who keep her busy. They love to be outdoors, camping, hiking, and riding bikes.
