Tyson Carter
PT, DPT
Tyson grew up in Fairview, Utah. He joined the National Guard after high school and served for nine years before beginning physical therapy school. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2014. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Jenny and their four children.
Cody Davis
PT, DPT, OCS
Cody grew up nearby in Jerome. He became interested in physical therapy after a couple of injuries in high school. He graduated from the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2021 and completed an Orthopedic Residency in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and loves any type of water activity.
