I started Body Balance in 2003 with one clinic in Gooding and a belief that patients in Southern Idaho deserved better care. Twenty-two years later, we have four clinics, an exceptional team, and a brand that thousands of families in the Magic Valley trust.
I couldn't have built this alone — and honestly, I didn't. It took a team, a lot of great people, a community, and patients who trusted us. That's not something I take for granted — and it has me excited about what comes next.
I'm moving into the role of Chair of the Board. That's not a step back — it's a deliberate move forward. My focus is shifting to the next big thing: strategy, vision, growth opportunities, and special projects. I'll continue building the recruiting pipeline that gives Body Balance a real competitive advantage. The day-to-day leadership of this organization needs someone with the passion, drive, and desire to take it to the next level — and that's exactly who I'm looking for.
I'm looking for a CEO who can own this organization completely. Someone who thinks in systems, builds strong teams, and holds people accountable. Someone with the drive to turn a respected regional brand into the dominant name in physical therapy across Southern Idaho and Northern Utah.

You'll have real autonomy, a strong leadership team already in place — a Regional Director, a Financial Controller, and clinicians who are among the best in the region — and a Chair who is genuinely committed to your success without getting in your way.
